Not only do you make your own chocolate pieces with the ingredients you choose, but you also learn about the history of chocolate bars and how cocoa was used by ancient cultures like olmeca or toltec. Cocoa was a drink, and you'll try 4 old cocoa drinks. We finished the experience tasting different surprises from the kitchen of the chef's staff.
